1. sitting in great little restaurants sharing amazing
 food, drinks, and conversation-- here is one where scott is explaining to us why he is in fact the smartest person he knows. :) we love scott-- erin especially. :)

 

2.  cars/scooters/crazy small pickup trucks

goes to show you intimidation comes from the look in your eyes-- not the size of your car

like i wouldn't be cruising in a 3 wheeled pickup truck the size of my stroller if i had a chance. awesome.

3. the double decker tour bus

so erin and i are not really walking tour kind of people. i get flopsy. i lose interest. i start whining.

i know some people who rock the walking 10,000 miles to another really old thing to take a picture and then walk to the next old thing.. sounds exhausting... bring on the tour bus.

it was amazing--- like being at the beach but in downtown rome. we could get on and off as we pleased so if something looked interesting we could just get off join the craziness below and then hop right back up above the fray. luci clearly felt the same way-- she was exhausted just thinking about all the walking we didn't do.

4.gelato... every day. as much as was not embarrassing.. which was a lot.

5. sister love - i love erin. she is funny and quirky and deep. she is generous and loyal. i love the sisters we have grown into... and being asked if we are twins every time we are together. hilarious.

i love how she loves my babies... and i love how she can bring out parts of who i am that no one else can.
