do you want to see what they became? i am fairly certain this is every banana's dream... their highest aspiration... the ultimate self actualization of truly being a banana.
you first chunk them up... and then heat your oil. i used a vegetable oil but you could probably use any oil that has a higher smoking point.
once they started browning and carmelizing i flipped them.
you then start salivating and fighting the urge to never ever leave the tropics again.
fill a shell with whip cream and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar because you're festive like that.
so go ahead.. help a banana's dream come true. fry a banana today. you'll be glad you did. :)
