i have no pictures for you tonight...
i would.. but.. my camera bag is all the way over there.. and i am over here...
and dude... i have driven 1300 miles in 2 days with 4 kids 5 and under.
so yeah... i think i get a pass.
these are my stats:
states driven through: nebraska, kansas, arkansas, alabama, louisiana
roadkill seen: coyote, raccoon, weasel, armadillo, snake, hawk and what i think was a cat
number of Uturns made: 3
speeding tickets received:1
peanut butter and jelly sandwiches eaten: 2 and 1/2
underwear pooped in (not mine- thanks for asking):1
that about sums it up i think.
tomorrow we spend the day here in new orleans and take it easy in the big easy. beignets and coffee, french quarter, streetcars, crawfish lunches, finding harry connick jr and forcing him to sing to me... these are all on the list for tomorrow.
yeah road trips. :)
